  • The closing keynote brings the Forum full circle. Direction Is a Choice challenges association leaders to move beyond reacting to change and step intentionally into what comes next. This session connects the conversations, insights, and questions surfaced throughout the Forum and reframes leadership as an active decision, not a default response. Expect clarity, perspective, and a grounded call to lead forward with confidence.

  • Our hosts Mahoganey Jones and Anthony Vade will close the Forum by connecting the dots, thanking the community, and sending everyone off with a clear sense of what comes next. No speeches. Just a genuine thank-you and a strong finish.
